Danske Bank A/S NUF («Danske Bank») acts as Joint Bookrunner in the NOK 300 million subsequent offering in Elkem ASA.

The Subsequent Offering is, subject to applicable securities law, directed towards existing shareholders in the Company as of 6 May 2026, as registered in the Company's register of shareholders with Euronext Securities Oslo on 8 May 2026, who are not resident in a jurisdiction where such offering would be unlawful, or would (in jurisdictions other than Norway) require any prospectus, filing, registration or similar action.
